Apartment layout
Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a functional hallway that offers enough space for a wardrobe or storage space. The heart of the entire home is a spacious and bright living room, which leads to a separate kitchen with a dedicated area for family dining. The night part of the apartment is designed very practically and consists of two separate rooms, which guarantee future tenants maximum privacy and peace. The bathroom and toilet are separated, which increases the comfort of living especially during the morning rush.
MONTHLY COSTS:
The price of the monthly rent is 500 EUR. Rent is paid a month in advance. A refundable deposit for one month is also paid when signing the contract. Reservation fee 350 EUR.

Lovers of active recreation will appreciate quick access to the hiking trails of the Low Tatras, while motorists will welcome the excellent transport connections - you can reach the center of Brezno within 10 minutes and the regional capital Banská Bystrica is only half an hour away by car.
